Check-in is 4 PM CST. If you will be arriving after 8 PM CST, please call the office and let us know

Check-out time is 11 AM CST.

Upon departure, please put trash in the receptacle located outside, wash all dishes, secure the cabin with all doors and windows locked, and turn off the lights. Place key in the dropbox, located outside the office door.

Minimum Night Stay

LakePointe Resort requires a three-night minimum stay in the cabins from Memorial Day Weekend through the second weekend in September. A two-night minimum stay in the cabins is required any other time of year. Note: The Super Cabin is a five-night minimum during peak season.
On Friday and Saturday nights in June, July, and August, a two-night minimum is required in the motel. A three-night minimum stay is also required in the motel on Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, and Poker Run weekends.

Reservation Deposits

To reserve a cabin or suite, a 50% deposit is required. Online Payment are processed with PayPal (account not needed). Balance due at check-in. At the time of check-in, we will accept cash, personal check, traveler’s checks, or any major credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express).

Housekeeping & Amenities

All cabins have a supply of linens and towels. All cabins are equipped with a supply of coffee filters, soap, dish detergent, toilet paper, and trash bags. Housekeeping does not clean the cabins daily. When you need towels, please bring the used ones to the office and we will exchange them.
Coffee supplies, hand soap, and bath soap are provided in the motel rooms. The motel rooms are cleaned daily unless the “Do Not Disturb” sign is used.

Hot Tubs

Hot tub covers are for insulation purposes and are not designed to support a person or persons. DO NOT STAND OR SIT ON THE HOT TUB COVER. It will break and you may be charged for replacement.
When the hot tub is unoccupied, replace the cover and turn off the high-speed jets. Please do not put any foreign liquids in the hot tub, for example, bubble bath, soap, etc.

Availability

Please note that rentals offered are subject to availability. While we make every effort to ensure that the cabin you have selected is available for your desired dates, there may be situations beyond our control where we are unable to provide you with the exact cabin that you have chosen.
In such cases, we reserve the right to substitute reservations with a similar cabin offering the same features and amenities as the cabin you originally chose. We will make every effort to ensure that the substitute cabin meets your expectations and requirements.

Occupancy/ Age Requirements

The number of occupants is restricted to the number listed on the website for all cabins and suites.
The minimum age to rent is 21. There must be at least one adult in residence & on the premises at all times if children are present.

Cabin Reservation Cancellation

If you cancel 30 days or more before your arrival date, we will refund your deposit, less a 20% processing fee. If you cancel less than 30 days before your arrival date, your deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable. “No Shows” will be charged the full amount of the reservation.

Motel Reservation Cancellation

If you cancel 7 days or more before your arrival date, we will refund your deposit, less a 20% processing fee. If you cancel less than 7 days before your arrival date, your deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable. “No Shows” will be charged the full amount of the reservation.

Refunds

No refunds will be issued for early departure or weather conditions. Renters will be held responsible for any damaged or missing items or damage to the premises during their stay.

No Pets

We are unable to accommodate pets of any kind or size. This policy is strictly enforced. Any evidence of pets in our cabins or motel will require additional cleaning and a $250 fee will be charged.
